  • Please note that iInvest reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
  • iInvest shall, at its discretion, provide refunds on a case-by-case basis. Such cases will be evaluated by our customer support team, and a decision will be made accordingly.
  • In case of issues, users can contact us by sending an email to [email protected]. Users have the right to request a refund if our app experiences prolonged disruptions or is unable to provide significant portions of our core services for an extended period of time. We acknowledge that refunds will be considered in situations where the app’s technical challenges prevent users from accessing essential features and services for a prolonged period of time. 
  • We are liable to provide a refund in cases where the app’s technical difficulties prevent the user from using a significant portion of our core services for a prolonged period. In such a case, our customer support team would link you to the relevant department who would ensure the swiftest possible resolution of the problem. In the unlikely event that a solution cannot be found, a refund shall be granted. 
  • Please note that we are not liable to make refunds for any error or disruption caused by our partner/third-party services that may impact the functioning or availability of our Services. While we strive to maintain seamless integration with our partners, any issues arising from their services will be handled according to their respective policies and procedures.
  • App Store Policy Compliance: In some cases, refund claims will be considered in accordance with the refund policies of the various app shops (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). If the user’s refund request is consistent with the app store’s policies, we will process the refund. 

 

Please note that cancellations cannot be made for the following circumstances:

  1. Change of Mind: No refunds will be given if a user changes their mind or is displeased with the app’s features, functioning, or appearance after purchasing it.
  2. Inadequate Stock Performance: Our app offers stock market data and analysis to help customers make informed decisions. We do not, however, guarantee the accuracy or performance of the stocks themselves. Any losses experienced while using the app are the user’s responsibility and no reimbursements will be issued.
  3. Noncompliance with Terms of Service: If a user violates our terms of service or engages in fraudulent activity while using the app, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Unintended Purchase: In the event of accidental duplicate payments or unintended purchases made by the user, we will not be liable to offer refunds. As previously mentioned, cancellations and refunds are subject to specific circumstances, but accidental payments fall outside the scope of refundable scenarios. In lieu of a monetary refund, we are more than willing to extend the equivalent value in subscription services. This way, you can continue to benefit from our app’s features and services without any interruption.
